Roberts Market has stood on Virginia Avenue since 1945. This website is here to show you what’s in the case and when we’re open — nothing more. There’s no online ordering, no accounts and no contact forms, which makes this one of the shorter privacy policies you’ll read.

What this site collects

Nothing. There are no forms to fill in, no newsletter sign-up and no shopping cart. We set no advertising cookies, and we run no analytics software — not Google Analytics, not a Facebook pixel, nothing that follows you.

What our service providers see

• DreamHost, our web host, keeps ordinary server logs the way every web server does: IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser type. These are used to keep the site running and secure. We don’t analyse them or connect them to anyone.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site. Your browser fetches them from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request.

About our photo gallery

Photos on this site are copied automatically from our public Facebook page by a program that runs on our own server. It pulls pictures from Facebook — it does not send Facebook anything about you, and there is no Facebook tracking code on this site. Viewing our gallery here tells Facebook nothing about your visit.

If you contact us

Call us or stop by and we’ll help you. We keep no database of customers, and there’s no mailing list to join.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not build visitor profiles, and we share nothing with third parties beyond the host and font provider named above.

Children

This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time and this site will work exactly the same. If you have a question about anything here, call the store and ask for the owner.
